Hey!! My name is Sophie Stukenborg. I can’t wait to serve as the president of DECA this year!! When I’m not doing DECA, I’m spending time with my friends, eating ice cream (at least twice a day), going on walks or listening to music. I’m also on Student Council and the school’s Mock Trial team. Last year I competed in Independent Business Plan with Brock (long live SnoBot) and in Hospitality and Tourism TDM. My favorite TV shows are the Office and Parks and Recreation. In the future I hope to study economics. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to work with this amazing DECA community!

Hi DECA! My name is Jordan Leonard and I am the Vice President of Marketing this year. Last season I competed in the Principles of Marketing roleplay, and went to ICDC with my Hospitality and Tourism Operations Research event. Besides DECA, I’m also a mock trial captain. When I’m not at school, you can find me working the front desk at Lifetime Fitness, or drinking as much coffee as I can! In the future, I want to go to a university on the east coast and study marketing and communications with a minor in Spanish. I can’t wait to spend my senior year with such an amazing group of DECAthletes!

My name is Brock Daylor. This year I am the Vice President of Competitive Events. This is my second year in DECA. Last year I competed in Independent Business Plan (with now-president Sophie) and Sports and Entertainment Marketing TDM. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to represent Eden Prairie DECA at ICDC last April, competing and finishing top 20 in the world in my TDM event. In addition to my position in DECA, I am also a Mock Trial Captain. When I’m not working on events or reorganizing competition folders I enjoy spending time with friends, listening to 70’s music (better than 80’s music Adriana), and doing anything in or on the water. I also own my own landscaping company with a few of my best friends. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in law and sports management. I am thrilled with the opportunity I have to work with this amazing DECA chapter!

Hi! I am very excited to serve as this year's Vice President of Membership and assist in creating a welcoming environment for the emerging leaders of EPHS to expand their professional horizons. Last year, I competed in a Startup Business Plan and finalized at SCDC in Human Resource Management. Outside of DECA activities, I am dedicated to volunteering at the humane society and daycare classes. I also have participated in multiple clubs and high school activities, such as Dare2BeReal and Eagle Band! My biggest accomplishment of high school so far, is avoiding running the mile for four years and managing to eat nachos at least three times every week. Additionally, I have a dog, a blue Chevy Equinox named “Big Blue”, unlimited amounts of dad-jokes, and a desire to progress the EPHS DECA chapter! After highschool, I plan to continue my education along the west coast and obtain a degree in Business Administration or Management. I am eagerly awaiting this season and excited to see how much this amazing chapter will accomplish!

Hello!!! My name is Adriana Blanco. I am this year’s Vice President of Community Service. I was involved in the Community Service Committee last year and was super inspired to continue serving the community in Eden Prairie and in the Twin Cities for this year with many many community service event ideas that I plan on executing. Last year I competed in Buying and Merchandising TDM and in Business Service Operations Research. When I am not doing DECA, it is very likely that you will find me on the soccer field, planning Dare 2 Be Real events, running, eating, watching movies, working at Target (please come visit me, it’s super boring) hanging out with family and friends, and probably listening to 80s music (Better than 70s music Brock). I consider myself to be a very welcoming person unless you are a Real Madrid fan; sorry not sorry! In the future I hope to pursue a career in Biology and Business with a minor in French. I am absolutely stoked to have the opportunity to serve this amazing, diverse, and talented DECA chapter!
